This 2 week program is for women who want an introduction to deep core & pelvic floor rehabilitation. This is a downloadable PDF file. You'll get 8 different workouts (4 completed per week), and a bonus mobility routine. Each workout has video links and instructions for each exercise. The key to healing and strengthening the core & pelvic floor is by having a good mind muscle connection, and these videos with cues will help you acheive just that.
This program is gentle enough for all levels of fitness, and is safe for postpartum women and those with DR. This program is step 1, in a 3 step series to help strengthen your core & pelvic floor.
