This 6 week program was made for intermediate levels of fitness but can easily be modified for beginners. It focuses on building strength, toning, and losing body fat using specific rep ranges, supersets and high intensity interval training.Once purchased you'll receive an email invitation to download an app where you will have a schedule to follow to hold you accountable. You'll have video and written instruction for each exercise followed by rep ranges, allowed rest and a timer to utilize through the app. Dumbbells are needed (recommended 2x5lb & 2x10lb for beginner to intermediate) and booty bands.
You'll have daily water reminders, progress tracking, and a customized meal plan.
