This program is designed to help you build up your foundation from WITHIN. You'll target deep inner core muscles you may not be used to targetting. These muscles are incredibly powerful and will help you bring your core in (hello abs), and help alleviate any low back pain you may be experiencing.

Along with focusing on deep core activation, the program will also focus on building strength throughout the whole body using compound movements and added HIIT. Expect to lose some body fat and gain some serious core strength.
You'll need a set of dumbbells (2x5 lbs and 2x10 lbs recommended) and a set of booty bands. This program is designed for all fitness levels.
