This program is designed for new moms who are anywhere from 6 weeks to a few years postpartum. This program will place emphasis on the inner core muscles and pelvic floor activation while stregthening and toning all muscles in the body. It is a gentle program and is designed for all fitness levels.

    - Includes a 14 day meal plan with grocery list

    - Video & written description of each exercise

    - Habit check ins (daily recommended water & vitamins)

    - 3 strength training workouts/week

    - 2 core/pelvic floor workouts/week

    - Equipment needed - ( light dumbbells 2x5, 2x10 and a booty band)
