The Ultimate Core Rehab Program
This program is designed specifically to target the Inner Core & Pelvic Floor muscles. It is extremely gentle and is suited for all levels of fitness.
What does the program look like?
It is an app you download, with both video & written descriptions of each exercise. There is a swipe through option allowing for an easy follow along version. It goes by day and has a schedule to hold you accountable. There are very in-depth videos at the start of the program going over proper function, giving you tips to help with mind muscle connection and ways to practise this in your every day life, ensuring you get the best results possible.
After purchasing the program, you will recieve an invitation to download the app via email within 2 business days. The program will begin within 48 hours of receiving the invitation.
The workouts will range from 15-20 minutes per day, 5x a week and will NOT be strenous so extra activity outside the program is encouraged (except powerlifting as this could have a negative impact on your core/PF progress).

This was surprisingly easy to follow and so thorough! I have a much better connection to my core now (I felt this massive disconnect after multiple pregnancies, typical ab workouts did not do anything). I am very thankful I found this program. If you have had multiple kids and feel weakness/disconnect in your core this is the program to start with.
